I want to put on more weight?!

Question: I want to put on more weight?
Hi!

So I'm 15 and female.
I've always been on the lighter side but I am of normal weight but I look oddly skinny when I see myself in the mirror.
My friends always say "Oh Caleido you have an awesome body you're skinny". And I'm like "well... thanks?'
I don't want to be labeled as that! My thighs seems on the verge to skinny and I can see my clavicles all the way out to my shoulders.
This is not awesome to me!
I'm 173,5cm and I weigh 57kg. I don't have a lot of fat on my body and I'm pretty sure most of my weight is in my muscles (I'm like ridiculously strong and I'm a cheerleader).

I have a really fast met. and what ever I eat I stay the same.
I was at French Connection yesterday and I found out I'm a size 4/6 and hardly anything fits me with my height (and I'm not even tall).
Plus my chest is like a 32/34B... I'd like to gain some weight and have a chest like a woman should.

What can I eat to gain a little? Even if I just sat around all day eating McDonald's I wouldn't gain any weight (trust me I've tried).

Can someone PLEASE give me any advice on how to gain weight?

Answers:

Enough calories per day + a proper workout program = weight gain.

That right there is more important than ANYTHING else. Of course, there are still some other bits of information you should know to help ensure you get the best results you can. For example..

1.Eat enough protein. Specifically, eat 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight.

2.Get your essential fatty acids. Meaning, the majority of your fat intake should come from healthy sources like fish, nuts and olive oil

3.Eat higher quality carbs. Meaning, the majority of your carb intake should come from natural, nutrient-rich foods like fruits and vegetables, brown rice, beans, potatoes, and most whole wheat/whole grain products.

4.Drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep

If I wanted to gain weight, I would start to incorporate a couple of donuts everyday with my food. I'd probably eat one a before I go to sleep too.
