I'm a Workout Junkie but Have Sustained an Injury?!

Question: I'm a Workout Junkie but Have Sustained an Injury?
I exercise every single day for 30 to 45, some days even an hour. I love it. It makes me feel better, healthier, full of energy and I just LOVE it. But I have sustained two injuries, both of my ankles. It feels like a stretched or damaged muscle. Now I can't run anymore and it's totally killing me. I feel depressed, sluggish and unhealthy. What can I do to either heal it FAST or cardio exercises that won't put much strain on it?

Thanks for all answers:)

Work on your upper body for a while.. allow your muscles to rest.. xx

If you go to the gym try the elliptical machines. I know they are low impact on your knees and I'm sure they’re easier on your ankles too. If you live near a beach try running in the sand, it feels a bit weird at first but its much easier on your joints. Or again only if you have a gym membership you could use all those seated leg machines and upper body machines they have, that will keep you going till your ankles get better.
Hope you get better soon.
