Question: Eat whenever I'm hungry or eat six small meals a day?
What if I don't want three big meals or six small meals? What if I eat whenever I'm hungry (which is not often)...so maybe two, maybe three small things a day? Isn't that better for weight loss? Only eating when your body wants to?

You should never go for three big meal in a day. Its always preferable to have 6 meals and that to smaller one. Moreover it is necessary to view what you are eating, are you eating right that will help you remain fit or else will you gain.
