Healthy to eat breakfast when...?!


Question: Healthy to eat breakfast when...?
hi guys,

I recently had a nutrionist and she taught me ways of eating healthy like only breakfast and 3 meals a day to speed up my metabolism.

On this note, some mornings I don't have class till 12 yet I wake up at 8 or 9 or so eat breakfast and go back to sleep. Is this right/ok/healthy or shood I just eat when I wake up?

I'm asking this cause I know for going to bed its best to eat atleast 3 hrs before and not right before cause its bad if you wanna lose weight.

Eat breakfast after you wake up the second time...I would do that because it's also known it will slow down your metabolism thus storing FAT.
