Question: Why eat a banana after working out?
I see people lift or do cardio for a good amount of time giving themselves a good workout for their muscles. I see them not eat protein after their workout but a banana? Aren't u suppose to have protein to repair ur muscles...not a piece of fruit?

actually you should have both.. u defiently need alot more protein then what that bannana is going to give u..
so have a whey protien shake and if u like the bannna
because bannana reduces muscle craps... and gives u more potassium
You should have both- a banana has potassium, which prevents muscle soreness and cramps.
