I would recommend "Slim in Six" by Debbie Seibers from Beachbody.......great program, specially for women who have recently had a baby......>
Its a six week program that also comes with a nutrition plan. Obviously you dont have to stop using it after 6 weeks..........>

here is a diet that isnt a diet.
it is a plan you can follow .
so now with this you can be healthy, happy AND LOOKING GOOOOD! (:
Carbs not to eat:
pasta
bread
crackers
cereal
muffins
Carbs you can eat:
grain bread
rice
sweet potatoe
fruits
veggies
Fats not to eat:
oils
canola
margarine
fake butter
Fats that are ok:
real butter
eggs whole
avacodos
nuts
coconut oils
olive oils
NO PROCESSED FOODS:
sweetners
corn syrup
soy processed
fructose
Calories:
dont count them!
Starving yourself makes you gain!
(your body stores the fats you have)

Exercise:
swim!
