Insanity workout help?!


Question: Insanity workout help?
Im 14 (turning 15 soon) and i want to get my body to the best it can be before i turn 15. Im a BIG guy. Im 5 ft 9 1/2 in. and im 215 pounds. I need to lose a LOT of weight. I have muscle but i want to shed the body fat off. I want to do the insanity workout, but i also take martial arts. How do i take both at the same time? Should i alternate days? Because i still have homework and i dont think i can spare two hours twice a week for working out :/ what should i do?

Btw since i am still young, should i still diet like crazy? anything i can do?

Im not sure what you mean by 2 hours twice a week......Insanity is 30-45 minutes everyday. Martial arts twice a week should not effect this in any way.........

I dont like the idea of you dieting like crazy (as you put it) But you certainly should be eating good foods.....you dont really have to count calories if you are avoiding junk food and fried food.......>
