Am I getting a little too obsessive with my diet?!


Question: Am I getting a little too obsessive with my diet?
I eat really healthy and go to the gym every day for 1 to 2 hours, and when I eat a little something that's unhealthy, like this morning I ate a couple little pieces of puppy chow (the dessert) I automatically feel fat and disgusted with myself... Am I worrying too much?

Yes that's too obsessive. No one should be eating healthy 100% of the time because you're going to end up really binging on all the things you've been depriving yourself
