Need more info.
Are you going to replace every meal protein with protein powder?
What type? (whey isolate/concentrate/etc., soy, egg, casein)

I would say no. It really is designed to add protein in your diet. It's better to get your maintenance cals (c, f, p) from whole foods.

You should use Acomplia, it is the best about it you can get information from here http://ansusmd6.notlong.com/4AADky7
