How to get a Bigger Butt & Chest ?!


Question: How to get a Bigger Butt & Chest ?
So before I lost weight I was a 34D & my measurements were 36-28-35. Now i'm a 34C & my measurements are 33-26-34. I really want my curves back, but w/ out gaining weight in my stomach or thighs. But how? I heard if I gain muscle in my stomach I am less likely for the fat to go straight they since muscle burns fat. But is it true?
And what foods should I start eating? I basically ate like a a freaking Anorexic because I stopped eating Dinner & ate mostly ate Cereal w/ Fat Free Milk, Oatmeal, Low-Calorie Toast, Frozen Yogurt, etc. And EVERYDAY I would do 45 minutes of Cardio, I know not such a smart idea but I let my sister borrow the other Dvds so I was stuck doing Cardio.


Anyways, how do I get a bigger Butt & chest again? And PLEASE have serious answers. Don't tell me things like,"Go to KFC or McDonald's".

Eat a lot plus hardcore exercise will make your humps comeback.

Squats and Lunges for your butt
