Do you risk increasing your waist size with weight training?!

Question: Do you risk increasing your waist size with weight training?
I go to the gym regularly to train my upper body, legs, abs etc. I've put on a few kg of general muscle mass recently.
My question is, provided that I stay healthy in my bulk up, will my waist size not increase?
I don't want to out-grow my trousers' waist-band!

no not at all.. u only increase waist size by increasing your fat on your body....

no worries.. keep doing what ur doing

no not really. unless you eat more than you need for your workout. coz people naturally get hungrier than usual when they regularly exercise. but dont be afraid to do so, you'll shed if off right away after gaining muscle. for each pound of muscle you gain, you burn off 50 extra calories per day by doing NOTHING.

just make sure you dont eat junk.

If you are doing core body exercises then your waist will probably grow a little though maybe not much.

If you just want a stronger upper body, then focus on upper body exercises that strengthen your arms and abs and don't do too much weights.

It will if you don't burn as much as you eat. Fat goes everywhere, so bulking is ok, as long as you don't overdue it.

yes youre waist will expand by a couple inches depends how big youre getting.
