How to STOP loosing weight and start maintaining it?!


Question: How to STOP loosing weight and start maintaining it?
So i'm an athlete i skate. I workout quite a bit and do plyometrics once a week. Plus my long skating practices. I recently lost alot of weight i'm 5'2 17 and went from 125 now i'm around 105. I do eat very healthy But I kept loosing weight around 110 when I didn't want to..I was only eating oatmeal(in the morning) and then egg whites veggies turkey fish chicken low fat yogurt and fruit. I wasn't getting enough carbs and i was getting very dizzy and tired and kept loosing weight but i ate healthy so idk... I started adding a little bit of carbs (100% whole grain bread) low fat cottage cheese and a protein bar.But i STILL feel like it's not enough.. How should i eat now that i'm at the weight i love? I'm not looking to loose anymore weight. I Started doing a little cheat day every sunday I don't go OVERBOARD but i eat somthing i normally wouldnt eat throughout the week like some cookies or a meal i wouldn't normally eat.. is this okay too?

Diet looks to healthy, energy comes from fat also so don't totally eliminate it. Instead of low fat yogurt get regular kind and with low fat cottage cheese get the regular brand, eggs whites you eat maybe cook it with one yoke, say if you eat 2-4 egg whites maybe one of those is the whole egg. Also and a variety of nuts to your diet, nuts have good fat.
