Question: I always get constipation.help with good diet chart?
Answers:

Hi

Constipation may occur due to various reasons.

You should improvise your dietary intake: Eating food on time, drinking atleast 10-12 glasses of water will help you overcome constipation. I had suggested the following to my brother and husband and they are absolutely fine now.

Food- It should include sprouts, salads like cucumber, carrots, tomatoes etc. have at least a plate full , 1 hour before your lunch / dinner. Fruits juices could be avoided as it removes the roughage in it very important for digestion and overcome constipation. Have whole fruits like oranges, banana, apples, guava, etc...
.
Avoid any oily snack food even if you take ensure to have butter milk/ lassis- ( take 3 tablespoon of curd+ 5-6 pudina leaves + a pinch of jeera powder+ salt = blend in a mixi , now add a glass of water blend it again and its ready to drink)

This lassi could be had around twice daily - Trust me its very tasty and very good for your health.
Have lunch including vegetables lots, dal and rice/ chapatti. Do not skip your food.

Have cold milk- good for acidity and constipation.

Follow this diet.

Do let me know your progress.
