If you want to add some tone, which will increase your lower back support, do hanging knee raises and obliques, planks and cardio 30 minutes a day 5 days a week in intervals of varying intensity.

7/10 Certainly looking slim. Getting some tone would go a long way ... and yes, that means lots of abs-work!
