Question: Hi. I haven't ate breakfast yet, what's a HEALTHY meal to eat?
I'm 19, wanting to eat healthier. Help??

Answers:

Fruit, preferably banana or pear for breakfast or any fruit you wish
have some yoghurt, real yoghurt, not all these flavoured crap.
and some refreshing juice or water or try yoghurt water - 2-3 teaspoons of greek natural yoghurt and fill up the glass with water and stir, i add 1 spoon of sugar too tho.

lunch, have some white meat, fish, chicken or turkey, with salad.

dinner, small sandwhich no butter lean meat or cheese, brown bread,



breakfast is the easiest time of day to eat healthy :)
choices:
egg white omelet with veggies (and a little lowfat cheese if u want)
greek yogurt with a fruit
cottage cheese with a fruit
special k or cheerios with half a cup of skim milk
lowfat peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat bread



Any kind of Kashi cereal with soy or fat free milk!
