not even close to a lot to eat at all... this is highly lacking in nutrition...
the weight you've accomplished is correct and healthy.. now start feeding your body with the right foods in the right balance of three meals a day... if thats too hard you must take a multivitamin that is for one in the morning and one at night

Nope, sounds like the right amount. But depends on activity level. If you are sedentary or lightly active, it's probably fine. But if you are moderate-highly active, then you may require more calories to maintain your weight. Be careful, because at 5ft6 and 114lb you are bordering on becoming underweight. Hope this helps.

well it must be a small amount because you're losing weight

it doesnt sound like alot at all and obviously its not if your losing weight

my advice to u though is lose the soda its so bad for you! 2 cans of Dr Pepper its about 400 calories right there (about 180-200 in each can!) All from sugar and carbs
So switch to diet and that way you can use those 400 calories on a healthier meal :-)

Also try to start eating healthier well balanced meals, like 3 healthy meals and 2-3 healthy light snacks :) & maybe next time instead of 2 tbs of oil try just 1 tbs or even 1 teaspoon..even if its the healthy oil like olive oil, its still fat (the healthy kind but still) & when I was on a strict diet plan my diet counselor told me to keep it at 2 teaspoons of oil a day.
