Question: Is it okay to exercise 3 hours a day?
Okay, I want to know if it's okay to exercise 3 hours a day?
I have Karate Training 2 hours and immediately after that Aikido Training which lasts 1 hour. So, is it okay to train for 3 hours, without longer break?

Actually, that's very good. The longer you keep active, the better. However, don't try bodybuilding for 3 hours, your body won't be able to handle the strain. But otherwise, just make sure you keep hydrated during your exercises.



As a martial artist myself, i do train as long as 3 hours a day. From my experience, it's suffice to say that it's safe. *Note that if you start to feel ache in the joints, bone or muscle then its time to give your body a break and heal. Always lookout for such symptoms.

In addition, is advisable that you should consume supplements such as calcium, glucosamine and some protein *( not the muscle building protein, regular whey protein will suffice) on a regular basis to boost your body's performance, flexibilty and endurance.

Self massage and warm shower after practices will help speed healing process as well.



any exercise is good exercise babe. It's a long process in any circumstance.
