Sorry to be paranoid but I figured I'd ask all the same?!
Question: Sorry to be paranoid but I figured I'd ask all the same?
I have never smoked in my life. However I have been around it as I have had friends who smoke. Usually the smell disgusts me whenever I'm around it. However, while walking on campus, I passed by a smoker. As usual, I discretly held my breath as I passed her and once I felt a breeze, I assumed the smell would be blown away. However it was not and when I breathed again, I think I might have inhaled a little because I felt kind of good (normally it just smells bad). I felt like that for a minute or so and now I have the slightest bit of a headache. Could that trigger some kind of addiction? I also like to workout and will go lofting later today. Will this encounter affect my workout?

It will have absolutely no noticeable effect on you. No addiction. No change to athletic performance. It takes more than one wispy second hand breath to get you addicted. It probably would take at least an entire cigarette smoked directly along with some social pressure to get you addicted. You don't even need to think about this anymore.
