300-400 range probably...unless its real buttery/fatty kind, then it would be higher.
Too much for you if you wanna lose your weigh or at least maintain it. Chew flavor gums to kill you dessert appeals... I used to eat Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream but now I chew gums with the very same flavor. Saves me about 300-400 calories each day - go figure!
