Question: How to lose weight super fast?
my friend is a teen fashion model. she has a runway show she going to be in to next Friday. her agent recommended she lose about 15 or 20 lbs. is their any way to lose that weight by next Friday.

if you feel hungry, but don't want to over eat, ((chew gum...,....)) it'll keep your mouth busy and it tricks yourself into thinking your eating.



Thats a lot of weight to lose in that kind of time frame. especially if shes already small or already works out. Tell her to get a calorie calculator on her phone so she at least knows what shes eating and then cut the calories as low as possible. Thats probably the only kind of healthy way to do it. Just make sure shes still eating.

Its pretty unlikely she'll lose that much in a week or so. 5lbs would be a more reasonable number.



not in a safe way, but its definitely possible. don't take diet pills, take muscle building supplements like whey protein powder or anything that helps you gain muscle. People think its all cardio that you need to do, but weight training and plyometrics/resistance training works out muscles, and working/building muscles burns more fat than cardio.

easy. what i did in october was eat exactly what i usually do but less of it, voila 128lbs to 111lbs in 3 weeks. :) good luck to her and you know, she should just ignore it honestly, she will get criticisms like that all the time and she wont be able to act on all of them.

Diet and exercise won't be enough to lose so much weight so quickly. You could use weight loss pills (preferably natural ones) in conjunction with diet and exercise and that would be your best bet. But that is a big goal for such a small time frame!

It's simple if your dedicated. Just don't eat as much and run. Running about 3-4 miles a day will make you lose wieght for sure. It also sometimes decreases your appetite.



There is NO way you can lose 15-20lbs in 9 days. Even if she didnt' eat another bite between now and then the most she'd lose would be 3-4lbs



Eat small amounts frequently, rather than three large meals. Never skip breakfast. Include some protein in your breakfast. It will help get you through the day.



Liposuction. That's really the only way to lose that much weight by then.
