Question: Fitness help?getting in shape?body buliding? need help?
I weight 193 and I'm 5"11 tall..I got my legs worked out but I have a big stomach and man boobs I wanna get rid of that and get cut up how do I get rid of man boobs and stomach.I wanna get cut up for the summer I need help what can I do specific details n workouts and what should I eat.?????

u need to do cardio exercise 4-5 days a week for 40 mins

u need to train each muscle once a week for 40-60 mins
each muscle once a week

train abs everyother day for 5-10 mins....

eat less carbs... more proteins, and vegetables...

mon chest
tue biceps triceps
wed sholders
thur back
fri legs

do 4 exercises per muscle.. u pick them.. select them... do 8-10 reps per set
u select the exercises
