Sweetheart you're only eleven! Stop worrying about your weight. Just take up swimming or cycling and lay off sweet stuff.
At this point in your life - you've probably still got what people call "baby fat". This is just a little pudge around the middle which doesn't really wear off until you hit puberty and get taller. You will thin out eventually, but you just gotta live with it for now.
If it REALLY bothers you, the best thing you can do is cardio. That means running / jogging (for like 30 minutes a day), going swimming, cycling / biking. Do NOT stop eating or try anything like that - that's just giving you more problems. The key is to BURN the energy you get from food, not just stop getting energy completely
Losing weight in someone so young is not straight forward and will require medical/dietetic supervision. Even in adults the average weight loss is only 9-15lbs a year, so this is a long term lifestyle issue, requiring both an appropriate diet and very regular vigorous exercise.

Try eating a 3-day meal and eat more vegetables. Don't eat alot of chocolate, if you can't live without it, you just can eat it 3 times A WEEK.
Stop eating,and do some exercise,it will work for sure!
