Can You Help Me Get Into Shape?!

Question: Can You Help Me Get Into Shape?
Okay some background info...
-> I'm 20 years old
-> I weigh between 140 and 145 (depends on the day)
-> I'm 5'5"
-> I have no kids
-> I want to lose weight and tone up my arms, inner thighs, flatten my tummy, tone my calves, tone my booty and get rid of the little double chin I have.
-> I want to lose 20-25 pounds

Heres my sample day...
Sunday - Church 1045am - noon
Monday - Work 7-430
Tuesday - Work 7-430
Wednesday - Work 7-430
Thursday - Work 7-430
Friday - Work 7-430
Saturday -

My gym is open till 11pm, it has a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, and alot of weight machines (don't like using the weight machines)

My husband will be on deployment for 7 months so I will have that whole time to get into shape

I need some easy sample meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to help my weight loss. I will only be cooking for myself so I would like my lunch to be the same everyday if possible just to make it easier. I was thinking a lunch like brown rice, grilled chicken, and steamed veggies...would that work?

first off, only YOU can help you get into shape. it all starts with your determination and motivation. for a wonderful guidline on how workouts and meal plans check out the below website. its a great tool and there is some great stuff on there to help inspire you to get fit!

bodybuilding.com

You should really pick up a copy of Oxygen Magazine... it is full of workouts and healthy food choices and meal plans.
My favorite lunch is 5 oz of chicken breast (i vary the seasoning on it) and a cup of brown rice and then i will also have a sald with romaine lettuce, tomato, corn, beans, onion, lemon juice.
Breakfast- try 3 eggwhites and 1 yolk and a slice of Ezekiel bread. Good snacks are an apple with some peanut butter. Or a cheese stick and some almonds. They key is to always pair a complex carb with a protein to keep your levels the same throughout the day.
Another good one for lunch or dinner is cooked chicken breast with crushed tomatos and spinach and some sea salt- my fave!

Workouts... me personally I workout 4 days in a row. I start off with a 1 mile walk/jog warmup and on days 1/3 I do upperbody and on days 2/4 I do lower body. I alternate using machines and free weights and when im done with weights I do 30-45 min of cardio either the eliptical, bike or treadmill. Also on my lower body days I use the stair machine.
If you go to bodybuilding.com or oxygenmag.com you can find specific exercises for each body part.
