YOUR ab circle pro review?!

We have had ares for a few days I use it for 20-30 mins a day and I break a sweat pretty easily I have it on the medium setting. Also I am usually sore the next Morning so I thinks its working :)

i used it for about a wk, for 10-15mins a day.. since i dont have a scale, i just measured my waist before and after the wk of using it. i lost 2inches in that wk!! i liked using it, it was fun and easy, the 10mins went by fast. i sweat so much! BUT, it did hurt my knees alot:/ i had to put an extra towel for "padding" on the knee pads they provided. as for my back, it didnt hurt, using the ab circle pro actually streched my back in a good way. oh, also it comes with a thin metal hook in the middle to hold the two knee rests in place for beginners. this is how i would use it. it popped off a few times though, causing me to lose contol of the twist, and stop (very scary)!.. id give it a 7 out of 10.
