Question: Looking for a proven fat burning diet?
Looking for a fast fat burning diet. Can anybody give me the name of a good fat burning diet based on your experiences? Or even just write a simple day plan for me? Nothing to detailed, whatever suits :)

cut the carbs real low(30 grams per day max) then bump up the protein( 200 grams min) ,eliminate ALL fat apart from natural omega 3 from fish and drink LOTS of water..
your body will then begin to use your OWN stored body fat for energy and by doing so many inches of it will simply vanish as the days go by..

I would suggest the Fat X Program from the Fat X 101 site. The fat burning workout videos are free and the diet is pretty simple and easy to follow. It's been helping me lose fat, inches, and I can tell my body is more way more toned. Good luck.
