I ate so much today! Will I get fat?!


Question: I ate so much today! Will I get fat?
So, yeah. I ate grapes for breakfast, 2 breads with peanut butter for lunch. Four hamburgers with ketchup and 3/4th of a pizza and drinking a bottle of cola now. :P I use my bicycle for school everyday which is about 30 min a day summed up ( I really hurry while cycling so yeah ). I know I have a rather large appetite, but I havent eaten this much for a while. xD I started exercising more already, as I was 10 pounds overweight so. Now I lost half of it.
So, will this make me fat? If it does what should I do?

can you get your hands on some Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) today ? if so then take 1 cap (600mg) and ALL those calories will not be added to your storage fat so the next time you feel like a splurge on whatever just pop one of these and no worries...

If you're dieting, then this is a sign that you were restricting yourself. When on a diet, don't restrict yourself fully of the foods you love, just eat them in small portions!

And it's okay! Don't worry. If this happens to you then the 1 thing you should do is exercise and try again tomorrow! Never give up! Your diet is never ruined because you ate something you shouldn't. You can always try again!



it seem to me you eat pretty healthy and u work it out by riding ur bike just sometimes if you know ur over doing it you should stop because at a point ur going to get at a age when it will effect u and make u gain allot of weight and it will be hard to lose!

It's just a day but you ate so much! I'm sure about that because you might have a fast metabolism... Anyway, try to eat less tomorrow and from the the next day eat normally. You shouldn't gain weight by doing that.



One day is not going to make a difference, just make sure that you usually exercise and eat healthily and within you calorie range.



Eaten one large meal doesn't enormously make a difference on your body weight, doing it in excess everday is what does so no you will not get fat.



Loosing or gaining weight is not a one day thing. It's about how you live your life day in and day out. Don't fret over one day.



dont worry, just drink lots of water the following day after you pig out and eat fruits and veggies that day and no meat, also green tea helps too
