Question: How can i drop from a dress size 13 to a 9?
im a size 13, i dont look fat but my size is, im 13 and i hate being in the double digits. can you give me a calorie plan and stuff! i NEED to loose this weight before june (8th grade formal) thankyou

If you can go to the gym buy a excersice DVD and work out at least 2 or 3 times a week. Walk alot! Don't eat nothing fried! Eat more veggies and fruits and lots of water with lemon, noooo soda. Eat small portions of what you would regularly eat. Try eating oatmeal in the morning. Between those 3 meals daily eat a fruit, yogurt or a salad it will fill you up. This is what I've been doing for a month and I saw a difference.



Last year i decided to stop drinking soda (i was 224), 30 days later i weighed 214. That was with no diet, no working out, no nothing. Now i cant drink a soda if i had to.
Go a step further and cut out candy, chocolate and fast food.. Within 30 days, with cutting all of that out, you'll probably lose between 20-25lbs, Add in some cardio and you'll hit your target easily

Try eat around 1,000 calories a day. Make sure you eat healthy, running is good for losing weight and would get your size down quickly. Will take around 2/3 months tho, but you can easily do it.
