Is this an OK amount to eat in one day?!

Question: Is this an OK amount to eat in one day?
For breakfast I had 30g of Special K, for a snack I had a low fat yogurt, for lunch I had a tuna sandwich and for dinner I had mashed potato (without butter and with milk) with mushy peas. Is this eating under my daily limit or is it an OK amount? I have small portions also. Thanks guys!

I think you need to get some fruit and veg in your diet to keep your skin and hair in good condition. try a small salad with your tuna sandwhich and a bananna choped up in natural yogurt rather then the sugar packed yogurts on the market. couple of tangerines or handfull of grapes as a small glass og orange juice will supply you with vitamins but otherwise sounds fine. maybe a palm size piece of cod or salmon with your mashed potatoes for protein.

To better answer your question, I'd have to do a lot of research. However, it doesn't sound to me like quite enough. A good rule is that you should NEVER maintain a diet of less than 1200 calories without being under the supervision of a doctor.

I like the fact that you are eating smaller portions more often as opposed to eating three larger meals a day.

Good luck with this. Oh, by the way, your photo doesn't look like you need to loose weight. I've seen underweight people trying to loose more weight. When they actually put weight on, people comment on how much better they look (as opposed to being skinny).

:)

u look fine in you picture.
i wouldnt change a thing
me personally i would try to eat a little more, but THATS JUST ME!
some red meat and fish would be good to add to your diet.
in small portions that is
dont sweat it, youll be fine!

You shouldn't eat more than 1500 calories a day and it sounds as if you aren't. Also keep in mind the amount of salt you consume.

Yeah thats okay. Tuna (in oil) and Bread are high in calories tho, maybe swap it for a piece of fruit, could save 400 ish calories. but overall its an okay diet....
