Healthy Eating/Exercise plan.. Starting dance in Sept?!


Question: Healthy Eating/Exercise plan.. Starting dance in Sept?
Hey :) So I just got the email that my theatre school is turning in to a performing arts school, which is GREAT! :) I want to start taking contemporary in sept, so how should I be getting in shape for that?

I'm overweight, but I'm eating healthy and working out on EA Active every day. I walk a LOT in the summer with my friends, and Im hopefully getting a job this summer.
I took dance from age 6-12 (I'm 14 now) but it was Clog dancing, so not the same movement as contemporary at ALL haha from age 10-now I've been taking a little musical theatre dance, and I've done physical theatre which is a lot like contemporary but less choreographed. Same movement, but more free style.

Anyway! haha What should I be doing to prepare? How many calories, how much exercise, etc. ?
If you give me a workout plan (type of exercise, reps, sets, etc.) I'll be veryy happy (n.n)
