How to gain weight fast?!


Question: How to gain weight fast?
My doctor said I was in the development of having an eating disorder called anorexia because I was not eating enough, had my safe foods and am 85 pounds at 14 years old. She told me to get better and I said I would, but I just didn't... Anyway, I do actually want to get better, but gradually. My problem is that in 15 days I am going to Florida, no scales, no gyms; just my grandmother's great (fattening) cooking. Most of you would say this is good. But I know that once I get back I'll weigh A LOT and I'll get scared and freak out and go overboard. It's just what I do. So I decided to try and gain more weight and consume more calories. By 3:00 pm I had already had 410 calories, counting them all by accident and habit, and I feel like ****. I'm in no pain but I just can't even look at myself right now... I don't want to continue towards my goal... But how can I do this without the guilt. : P
So are there any ideas that will help me gain weight in 15 days?

i had like 1000 calories for breakfast this morning....you need to be consuming like 2000-3000 calories a day. 410 by 3 is...not that good. eat foods like peanut butter. eat like 2 or 3 peanut butter sandwiches throughout the day as snacks. pro athletes will eat up to 5 right before they go to bed simply to recover the amount of calories they lost that day. make sure to eat at least one right before bed, cause you cant really burn any calories while you sleep. eating cottage cheese right before bed is really good too because of the kind of protein in it. theres just a couple tips that ive used to gain weight. hope it helped.

You need to find foods you enjoy and stop counting calories.. if you can slowly get yourself to eating normal sized meals. Try to have set meals and find things you actually want to eat.

410 calories by mid-day is not enough. A normal person consumes between 1500 and 2000 calories a day. If you want to gain healthy weight, avoid junk food. try eating protein filled foods that you like. and trust me, you are NOT fat at 85 pounds. in order for you to feel better you must learn to love yourself inside and out, starving yourself is not a way to show urself love. seek professional help if this issue continues, anorexia can lead to death in the long run.
