Have chocolate in small amounts or eat it with some thing nutritious like strawberries or protein shakes.

I understand how you feel, I too have a crazy chocolate fetish :P

This is what I do and it somewhat works. Include 2 pieces of fruit in your food intake every day!!! The natural sugars replace the craving, thenon the weekend treat yourself to 2 of your favourite chocolates, back to back or split it up on saturday and sunday and that way you won't feel so deprived.

Also if you write your food down you are more likely to control your eating splurges

i just make myself a hot chocolate with skim milk, or if you need the real thing, just go to the shop and buy 25g worth of your favourite chocolate- no more. thats only about 125 calories. i often eat an entire block and it does nothing to my weight so dont stress, chocolates goooood :)

Problem is the more you try to deny yourself something the more you want it . Best thing is to eat a little if you really need some but you have to learn to control it ! A hypnotherapist can help this control and end the craving - this works really well.



Don't fight it. If you ration yourself to 4 squares of dark chocolate per day you will cope with your diet much better. also dark chocolate is GOOD for you.

have some coco with milk, stir well then add sugar its not that many calories and it will take care of that problem.
