you might lose weight but not in a healthy way (anorexia) if ur going to skip lunch at least have an apple and water, dont eat too much and not too fast like for dinner, do exercise if you have time. The WORST thing you can do is skip a meal, just substituted for something light and healthy.

New research shows that if you a certain amount of food in a day in for example two portions, you will be perhaps gaining weight in contrast to if you take same amount of food in 4-5 portions divided over the day. Reason being told is that eating food in 1 or 2 portions in a day, your body goes into energy conserving mode and stores the food in the body which causes weight gain. I would suggest that eat small frequent healthy diet (minimum fats, sugars, meat, lot of veges and fruits) and start exercise regularly. weight loss should not be more than 0.5 to 1 kg per week.

You'll gain weight like that. eat small meals often. Figure out how many calories you need a day and meet that requirement, more or less. you should be eating 5 meals a day- breakfast, brunch, lunch, whatever's in between lunch and dinner, and dinner. just make them small, so you can have a nice dessert if you want.

your body was already in starvation mode before that TCBY. That whole TCBY went right onto your ***, and so will your dinner.

You need to eat something every 3-4 hours everyday. not a fro-yo and a 1000 cal dinner.

Something you cannot do, is skip breakfast! its not healthy
