i didnt take them but my dad did. i hated it. he lost 20 pounds in less then 3 days but u can barely eat anything and it makes u really grumpy. but u can usually buy them at any health store. google the store reviews and see what other people say about them.

the only place worth getting them to work is a real licenced doctor. the ones over the counter barley have any in them they aren't worth the money
