You didn't put the weight on fast, so its not going to come off fast. If you do a low/no carb diet, you will lose weight, but most likely will gain it all right back (plus more) when you start eating carbs again. most people do not cycle the carbs back in slowly/correctly so they gain it all back again.

Clean eating & exercise is the best option for you. Preplan your meals, keep a cooler in your car and you'll be good to go! Find an hour per week and cook everything you need. keep containers of grilled chicken, hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt, apples, cheese sticks, grapes, almonds, Lara bars, homemade soup, etc. Losing weight takes place in the kitchen. Then, exercise every chance you get-include heavy weights at least 3 times per week. When you go to school, park far from the door, avoid the elevator, etc. YOu can do this!



I understand.I am a freshman also..Um i started riding my bike ever day i lost ten lbs.really fast..Body for Life program is really good,but not that fast its like a 2week program.....



If you go on a 1000-1500 calorie diet then you shouldn't have a problem unless you do not exercise at all.
