How to get hungry again?!


Question: How to get hungry again?
So basically I've eaten throughout this day and my mom told me that we're gonna eat dinner [6PM] at a buffet tonight. But the thing is I'm full right now and its 5. Any suggestions on how to get hungry again? I already tried making a visit to the toilet..
I don't wanna force myself to throw up or anything either.

Try to exersice it off, that always makes me hungry

Think about food that u haven eaten in awhile that u love!!
