Ok if you are looking for a video P90X is a butt kicker and it is awesome i have lost 30 lbs so far but i have gained muscle to in it so i am extremely happy with it it is one of those programs you gotta stick with

(phentermine) worked I organically lost 80 lbs on that what happen though is it got banned which blows that some people needed to abuse it because it would have saved everyone from obesity
