how to get my ideal shape. Male. Fitness Junkies?!

Question: How to get my ideal shape. Male. Fitness Junkies?
Im about 5'8 just under. I weigh about 155lbs at this moment. I think im almost done with my growth spurt but not quite yet as I always have to stretch and my legs and feet feel like they are really cramped. I want my abs to strengthen. I am prolly more fat than muscle as I just started working out this year besides everyday activity for years. I wouldnt really want to diet but are there any ways to loose that fat without really cutting out alot of food because with the spurt I am always always hungry. certain foods to avoid? certain activities to burn that stomach fat fast?

my figure looks like this.... it goes ribs, than slims at lower and right before stomach, than stomach flares out a little, than at hips just bone

Answers:

six small meals a day. stuff like lean meats, egg white, mushrooms, turkey, chicken, lentils, bacon, broccoli, yogurt, cornmeal, ham, beans, banana, peach, fish and salmon. anything with protein basically. also the duh food. fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy foods, nuts everything you know you have to eat anyways. it was easy for me to just cook everything at night and portion them into little containers and throw them in the fridge before bed. so in the morning you have the entire days meals all ready.

exercise intensely about 3 times a week. stuff like jogging, swimming and i did kick boxing. also try to walk about an hour everyday. abs exercises i did every other day. regular crunches, reverse crunches, bicycle crunches, cross crunches, exercise ball crunches, oblique crunches, sit-ups, leg raises, side twists and side bends.

Strength training during your growth spurt aka puberty is ideal because your testosterone is at its highest it will be until your 20, making it easier to gain muscle.

There are several methods to improving your body, strength training, bodybuilding, body weight exercises, jogging, sports ect. Choose one and stick to it. Be sure to do RESEARCH that means reliable books, internet sites, and talk to people who really know what they're talking about. I'm not sure what you mean by Ideal body, if you could specify i would be able to help you more.

I'll assume you don't have equipment:

Google different kinds of home exercises, different kinds of push ups, different kinds of sit-ups, start jogging (if it is nice out), start stretching, make an active effort. Don't be passive.

Maybe just have 1-2 cookies instead of three. Instead of a soda pop, try a diet, or maybe a water. Decrease food eating volume, but increase frequency.

little strides with food to keep yourself disciplined, big strides with exercise to keep yourself healthy and happy.

You are always hungry probably because you are not eating complex carbs and are eating a lot of simple carbs like bread, pasta, anything with flour.

1. Eat at least 20 grams of protein within 20 minutes of waking up
2. Avoid all 'white' carbs (bread, potatoes, pasta, baked goods etc)
3. Get your carbs from beans and legumes
4. Get a kettlebell and learn the swing (and other exercises that are fun) http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/201…
5. Avoid fruit or keep you fruit portions low, fructose is bad for fat loss
6. Once a week eat anything you want
