Will running bulk up my leg muscles?!


Question: Will running bulk up my leg muscles?
I have very skinny legs and I'm looking to build muscle. Will running on a treadmill help?

No not really... but if you do some leg weights & try & do alot of running up stairs or any sort of incline then they should bulk up.

try running or walking on the treadmill with an incline. Also do weighted squats and lunges. those will really bulk them up and make them muscular



no, just make them leaner and stronger. look up a couple of things at www.bodybuilding.com
