Question: A couple of questions about my weight?
Alright i've been working out a lot in the gym ..It's been a month and gain 5 Kilos (I think this is about 11 pounds)
Anyway i'm a guy and 5'7 and weight right now 167 lbs....now my questions:
1-Is this a good healthy weight??
2-Am i going to get more weight in the future though i lift lots of weights?

Your BMI (body mass index) is a little on the high side--26.2, considered a little overweight. However, since you lift a lot of weights, your percentage of body fat is probably low.
Don't worry about this, as long as you're lifting. But if you tail off a bit on the weights, you should drop about 15-20 pounds.
Also, don't forget about the cardio exercises and stretching. Keep it up.
