Eat 3 HEALTHY meals a day. Cut out soda and sweets =)



These people clearly want to see you fail and get very unhealthy. Don't crash diet! It's very unhealthy for you! Losing weight in an unhealthy way is not good. Don't go on a low carb diet, you need carbs! You need a little of everything, even fat! Just cut you meals down a bit and actually, 6 meals a day is right. Keeping your metabolism working makes it strong, so you burn more calories. Just make sure you're not eating too much, so cut your proportions down and make sure it's well balanced. Drink plenty of water! You won't see much without exercising, so if you can you should. Even walking everyday is a start. Good luck :)



The best way to go would probably be a low carb diet or Atkins Diet. You just need to keep your carbs under 20 grams for the first phase of this diet. You don't have to exercises on this plan but of course people that do will get faster results. You can eat all the proteins you want until you feel full. I just started about 2 weeks ago and have lost 11.5 pounds already. Good Luck.

good luck, you won't be able to consistently lose weight with anything out there. exercise is the best way to go.
