I just recently started weight watchers online this week... Do any of you have any weight watchers tips to help me in my weight loss journey or any type of tips will be appreciated

I would suggest the Fat X Program from the Fat X 101 site. The fat burning workout videos are free and the diet is pretty simple and easy to follow. It's been helping me lose fat, inches, and I can tell my body is more way more toned. Good luck.

I am on the same journey as you trying to lose 50 pounds is my first target and on my search for tips I came across a site called 'For Healthy You' Its packed full of articles on healthy eating, how to lose weight and various weight loss programs. That might be a good place for you to get a few ideas. Good luck with your journey, its going to be tough but ultimately worth it :-)

Be active around the house.
If you watch TV or stay on the computer, contract you abdominal muscles, move your legs, be active. There are on the internet many exercises (small) that you may do sitting in the chair at office.
Do chores, move as much as you can.

Try to make smaller portion. They can be 10 or 50 grams smaller. You won't notice. But if you add up a year of this, could mean thousand of calories. Also, doing this step by step, you can make you daily intake of calories smaller.

Drink water. Use green tea.

Massage often, it helps the fat go away and helps your skin to be still ferm after the weight loss.

Try to eat healthy and cook at home simple fast meals. Commercial meals and already make ingredients have added fat or mayonnaise or other things that don't help you.
