Loosing 5lbs a week?!


Question: Loosing 5lbs a week?
Hey guys
I am a 20 year old obese kid who weighs 215lbs. I am only 5'7".
I started dieting for about a week and ive been checking scale every morning. The scale is top of the line which measures muscless mass body fat everything and it shows that i have been loosing almost 5lbs a week. Is this normal?

I go to gym minimum of 5 times a week, 30 minutes of intense elliptical and hour and half of lifitng wieghts for the specific body part that is assigned for that day.

I also have been eating very less, Have been drinking only water and protein. eating mostly salads and low fat yogurts. Have no had no junk food, fast food, etc. at all for about a week.

Is this diet good and will i continue to loose about 5lbs a week?

my goal is 180 , and want it it to come fast. I also want to loose fat on my face.

If anyone has any tips or comments please help.

Are you eating healthy? What you eat before and after a workout is very vital. 5lbs a week can be done, especially if you weight 215, but it is also dangerous to your health.
