there are 3500 calories in one pound. how much you gain or lose all depends on your caloric intake and expenditure. if.. 90x2x7=1260 and.. 1260/3500=0.36 therefore... (all else aside), theoretically you will gain a hair over 1/3 of a pound.

further... and only mathematically speaking, if you take in 500 more calories than you burn a day, it will take you 7 days to gain a pound.

A great way to measure caloric expenditure is a device like the Body Bugg. We are constantly burning calories in our daily activities and in all the bodily functions humans need to survive. the device straps to your arm and all the data can be stored on a computer. The data will determine your current caloric equation and help get on your way to achieving future goals.

I'm no nutritionist, but I'm fairly certain that is impossible to calculate without knowing A LOT more information about your body.

Because, you see, there are other variables. Like, do you walk? Do you do exercise? Are you just going to be laying still for an entire week consuming bags of fat?

Are you currently fit? are you currently fat?

All these and a ton more will change how your body responds to 180 calories of fat for a week.

If you really really really need to know, a Doctor or nutritionist will be able to do some tests on your body and give you a ball park figure. If you don't want to ask a Doctor and you are going to school, then you can simply ask the Health Teacher or Gym Teacher or Physical Education Professor.

EDIT: I wanted to add, that if you are ONLY consuming 180 calories of fat per day and don't plan on eating anything else, you will lose weight. And most likely do ALOT of damage to your body. So don't consider a 180 calorie diet. That's just crazy dangerous.

180 calories worth.

Look at the nutrition facts and it tells you how much fat is it.

That would depend on how much exercise you're getting, and what else you eat.
