Is this too much to eat?!


Question: Is this too much to eat?
Breakfast: special k cereal with no fat milk
lunch: small green apple
snack: half a tangerine
dinner: small bowl of lettuce (with lemon &salt)

thennnnn i had another small bowl of special k cereal which I knoow is bad

ive been having troubles eating recently so im wondering if this is still okay

Are you kidding? You aren't eating enough.



You're eating far too little. If you keep that up, you'll kick your metabolism into starvation mode and gain weight, and you are undernourishing yourself. You need vitamins and nutrients to stay healthy, as well as a healthy amount of calories and fat.

You should be eating about 1700 calories a day with enough exercise to burn it all off.

Stop starving yourself. If you have enough will power to eat that little in a day, then you have enough will power to drag your butt to the gym instead of eating lettuce for dinner.



Ummmm...I'm just starving after reading this. Why are you trying to cut that many calories? If you aren't careful your body will go into starvation mode. Then anything you eat it will hold onto it. You have to eat more than 1000 calories a day to satisfy the body.



doesn't sound like enough! I usually have a sandwich, and an apple for lunch and some meat for dinner with that salad. Unless you're a vegetarian, then add some tofu or nuts or something. YOU NEED PROTEIN!



Facepalm. If you think this is too much to eat, you need to get professional help. Anorexia is not healthy or attractive.



Nope its fine! I love tangerines now I'm starving for a tangerine!!! But yeah your food intake was fine its better to eat little intervals of food throughout the day so you don't end up binging



Not to offend you or anything but that seems like very small servings.



It's not enough. You should be eating more and eating some meat.
