Question: Having bulimia and working out? ( b honest)?
So i been bulimic on and off 9 yrs and i kno its bad blah blah blah but if i start up again and also work out 2 hours a day will i lose weight?

You keep that up and you will do more harm to your body than good. One day in the future would you like to have children? Would you also like to keep your pretty hair? Would you like to have brittle bones that break at any moment? Think think long and hard about what you are doing to your body, if you dont take care of it, where else will you live????

Choose a healthier lifestyle, food is not bad, its just bad food choices that are the problem. Eat nutritious food and pair that up with exercise and you will have a hotter body then some emaciated, malnourished, bony child looking body.

I am a certified group fitness instructor, I answered this question through my own fitness and exercise experience and because I don't wish to see another adolescent statistic rise up!



why dont you just kill yourself? thats basically wat bulimia is.



Well, you're the one who's had it for 9 years. You should know if you'll lose weight or not...
