Is my endurance (for exercising) okay? How do I build it? - 10 points?!
Question: Is my endurance (for exercising) okay? How do I build it? - 10 points?
Is it okay for a normal 18 year old female?
Like today I went to the gym and I ran for ~30 minutes at a good pace in an indoor track without stopping/slowing down.
Then walk one lap.
Then 2 times around the track sprinting as fast as I can. Then 1 lap walk.
Finally 1 lap sprint 1 lap walk four times.
How do I build it even more? (gonna start to go to the gym with an athletic friend who's coming up in like a few weeks and I need the endurance and stamina to keep up with her so I don't feel left behind)

You're doing good right now, keep it up. Some gyms have those free aerobic dance programs, that's usually good way to build up endurance cause it'll force you to keep up with others. Other than that, run.
Run harder and longer for longer periods of time. Its your bodies adaption to this stress that increases your endurance.
Cardio cardio cardio! Lol
