Question: Protein shakes apples and salads?
I want to know if drinking protein shakes eating apples and salads will help me lose fat. The only part I'm worried about is the protein shakes making me gain fat

Protein shakes are good for gaining muscle, only when you are working out and lifting weights. They are risky when trying to lose fat.



You should only be drinking protein shake after lifting weights. Also salads are good but dont have croutons or a lot of dressing.

Other foods to help you loose :
- fruits and veggies
- egg whites
- almonds
- whole wheats/grains
- WATER
