Question: Just cheated on my diet what to do? Feeling guilty?
Well im on a diet for like 20 days or so i dropped like 10 lbs already. Today made my favorite food and i couldn't resist so i ate a piece of lasagna. I feel so damn guilty like the world is gonna end. What should i do not eat for tomorrow and exercise?

noooo eat everyday healthy food that is ...and dont feel bad it was one mistake tomorrow stat afresh ..just remember to eat yes eat healthy and exercise properly:)!



Do not skip meals. Skipping meals does not help you lose body fat. You should exercise harder to lose the calories you took in and on top of your regular exercise. You cheated on your diet once. It's not the end of the world. Just make sure you stick through with the rest of the days and keep up the hard work.

if you dont eat for a day you will end up gaining weight.
your body will think you are starving it and next time you eat it will store it all as fat.
i wouldnt beat your self up over it. you cant go the rest of your life not ever eating a food you like. just want to be moderate portion and not al the time



Don't fell guilty because that will make you give up and eat more.pretend like it didn't happen and keep up the good work.we all cheat on our diet at least once its normal, the key is to not beat yourself up about it and move on.



Keep working on your diet. Do not try to "substitute" or take out a meal for something you ate today. Exercise would be good. Not eating would be bad. Pretend it never happened.. AND.... don't do it again.



Just pretend like nothing happened.. and just move on.. you lost 10lbs so thats great just keep going dont stop!! just keep reminding yourself how do you want to look like, and how sexy you'll be!
