Is it possible to gain weight nonstop just by living?!

Question: Is it possible to gain weight nonstop just by living?
I have this problem..however much I excercise, I only get fatter..

I feel like also no matter how little I eat a day, it all accumulates and just makes my stomach bigger and bigger each day.

Since its nearly impossible to burn off each and every calorie that I eat by excercise, is it true that I am just going to grow perpetually fatter every day? Does anyone else get fatter just by eating healthy fruits and vegetables and occasionally some grains, and doing around 40 to 60 minutes of excercise a day?? Or is this not normal?

It depends on your calorie intake and how many calories you burn. If you are taking in more calories than you burn, you will get bigger! Maybe keep track of your calorie intake and how many you are burning and make adjustments in your eating habits or change your exercise routine so that you are burning more than you are eating! I hope this helps! And if this does not work, then you might want to see a doctor because there might be something seriously wrong.

I exercise A LOT and study up.

You can still get fat while eating healthy. keep eating healthy but watch your caloric intake.

it has nothing to do with carbs fats or protein. Reduce your calories and you WILL lose weight.

Also go to a doctor and get a check up to make sure you're healthy

might want to go to the gym and have a personal trainer
they will help you put togather a exercise and diet plan based upon what you are working towards

Depends what your eating, work out everyday possbily more than an hour.
