Question: Do you think this is good?
I'm a 15 year old girl, 5'2 trying to lose some weigh around 1 and a half months ago my weight was 132 and now it's around 125 it that good? I eat healthy and exercise on the stepper (air climber) for 24 minutes almost everyday and 150 sit ups everyday is that enough/good?
can you give me some more tips to lose more weight
